About Us

Oneida General Contractors was started in 1954 by Bud Charbarneau Sr. with over 80 years of combined experience the company is now run by his two sons, Bud Jr. and Richard. Both sons began working alongside their father in their early teens learning the craft of structural moving and today have incorporated the latest in technology to improve the art of moving and service to their customers. OGC has moved structures made of solid masonry, wood frame, stone, log, brick and metal. The company serves Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, and New Jersey.

OGC is a licensed and insured, second generation house and building mover. The company also lifts and levels building for new foundations. OGC has expertise in block masonry work or can contract out for poured foundations.

Oneida General Contractors uses only the latest technology with unified hydraulic jacking systems and hydraulic castering dollies. This ensures the building has the least amount of structural movement while lifting or moving.
